S H I P P I N G  

Domestic 

ᐤ    We use NZ Courier Post to deliver to all standard, PO Box + rural addresses.

ᐤ    All parcels (unless otherwise arranged) will be issued with a tracking number which will be emailed to your email upon dispatch.

ᐤ    Standard tracked shipping is 10NZD

ᐤ    If you live at a rural address please email or DM @vvitchmountain for a quote.

ᐤ    Dispatched orders are targeted for overnight delivery but can take up to an estimated 1-3 business days.

International Bound 

ᐤ    We use NZ Post to handle all our international shipping. 

ᐤ    All parcels will be tracked + the tracking details forwarded to your registered email upon dispatch.

ᐤ    Packages take between an estimated 5-12 business days to be delivered.

All of our crystals are wrapped securely.   VVM takes exceptional care with the packaging + handling of all our shipments but we cannot be responsible for damages that occur in transit.
