Our 5th chakra is how we explore + express our truth + the vivacious channel through which we make sense of the world around us.   Our Throats are the creative powerhouse through which we articulate our deepest yearnings + when we acknowledge the gifts of a primed 5th chakra we verbalize our thoughts + feelings in such a way that we empower ourselves + those around us.
