Love is the frequency from which all life flows + is the exact energetic expression of cosmic source.  Love frequency resonates at the center of all creation + from an energetic perspective is the opposite of fear.  

When we activate our love center, connect our heart + harmonize, we ignite an elevated sense of self-awareness + ultimately this fine-tunes our ability to give love + receive.  

Our quality of romantic + platonic love is hinged on our ability to love ourselves + therefore we must look inward before we face out.
